| Comments: | I really don't know what more I can say, just doing the ab
lounge makes my body feel exhilarting. My thighs are get-
ting smaller and stronger. I have moved my belt buckle two
knotches. I no longer look 9 months pregnant. I can do 500
sit ups at least 3 times per week and I live with chronic
pain. I absolutely LOVE this machine. |

| Comments: | I have had the ab lounge for almost 6yrs. I have suffered
with chronic total body pain for 14 yrs, so I haven't used it like I should.But this week I took it out of the garage and put it in front of the fireplace, and I have been on it 3 times a day, fours days in a row. My legs even feel great. You all should give a BIG shout out for the excellent leg work it does. I recommend anyone suffering with chronic pain to purchase an AB-LOUNGE. You will notice yourself doing 300 sit-ups, three times a day like me. |

| Comments: | I really like the ab lounge extreme, especially the capability for a stretch almost as effective as obtained from an inversion table. Very nice effect on my neck, shoulders, and back. |

| Comments: | i recently bought the ab lounge sport and love it. i have a buldged disc and pinched siatic nerve and can't do alot of core strengthening excesizes which is what is going to help me get better, after lots of physical therapy my dr released me to do more extensive workouts so i thought i would give this a try and it supports me enough to allow me to do the "sit ups" that i can not do on the floor. I have also noticed some shaping starting to form which i love and for me was an added bounus. i definataly recomend this product for any one wanting to shape and strengthen the core. anyone in my situation should definatly get approval from your dr. |

| Comments: | I am very happy with the quality of my new Ab Lounge Extreme. I have used the older version for years and decided to upgrade to the newer model. The AB Lounge reaaly works, both tones and firms your abs, but the key is to use it faithfully along with following a sensible diet. I'm 48 and I still wear a bikini! |
