| Comments: | Iv worked in a strengh training facility for a few years..and untill now i never believed that info commercial products would work! Believing that strengthening your body progressivly, would be the only way to produce results..by putting a demand on your body that it is not accustomed too. But, I would have to say that this product is by far the hardest and most effective workout that i have ever had...as a beginner..If there could be some way you could put a resistance on it that you could adjust..so it could be harder for you everytime..once someones body has the same demand on it everytime..it gets easier!! Yes, you could spend all day doing sets,and reps. But, who has time for that? Any ideas for a improved version of this? I love this machine!! I just know as your body recovers from a intense workout, you gets stronger..so if you were to get stonger and the leg magic gets easier..are you supposed to spend all day doing reps and sets? NO! There are only two things you can do to change your body gain or lose fat..gain or lose muscule..you can't tone it..sculpt it..shape it..you can only do one thing to your body to produce results is.. to get STRONGER! ANY IDEAS? |

It is small enough I can just leave it in my living room 24/7, and I have a schedule-30 mins in the morning, 30 in the evening-plus when I am watching tv, I do leg magic during commercials so I can no longer be qualified as a "couch potato." If I am house cleaning I do leg magic for ten minutes every time I have to walk by it. I am 227 pounds, and I can already button and zip myself into a size 16 and wear a large comfortably, when my previous size last month was a 18 and a 1x. Sometimes you just need to tone and firm, not necessarily lose weight. Also when you tone and firm, weight loss seems to come easier. How it works I don't know, I am just glad I am looking and feeling better! And I got mine at Walmart, same product for 77.00. Thank you, Leg Magic! |

| Comments: | Love the leg magic. It does exactly what it claims to do. It is trying the first couple of days, due to soreness I experienced but after that it became easier with every time I used it. I have noticed great results and would say I am an addict now. The Customer support is excellent and very helpful. Any questions or concerns, they are more than happy to help and assist with. |

| Comments: | the machine is a little difficult to get use to. you have to really stretch your muscles before using, if you don't your back and butt will hurt really bad and deter you from using it a again |

| Comments: | Even though I don't use Leg Magic on a daily basis, I've begun to notice a definite change in my thighs. They're getting thinner! Rosalie Brown's workout is a real killer..I walked funny the day after going through the whole workout, but it's definitely worth it!! Love It. |
